What do you want to be able to do?
Access how-to videos/help files quickly from within the site e.g. after searching for a data-set or starting a DAR
Why is this important?
Currently the how-to videos aren’t easily discoverable/accessible when following the site’s workflow. Making a link to the how-to’s from a common location within the site which then spawns the discourse site in a new tab or window will allow support information to be accessed whilst allowing the user to continue with their workflow.
Any suggestions for how we could solve this?
Add a User guides/Videos menu item to the bottom of the account menu in the page banner (see below for suggestion) that links to the how to videos and guides section of the Community https://discourse.healthdatagateway.org/c/how-to/12
