This is the first prototype for the Collections feature. Collections allow users to browse content related to a specific topic, or from a specific publisher. There could be a COVID-19 collection, or for all resources from a specific Hub.
Anyone will be able to create a collection. Collections will be private by default, meaning others will not be able to see your collection unless you send them the link. The HDR UK team will manually select some collections to be features on the homepage and navigation, which can then be discovered by anyone visiting the site.
Start by scrolling down the page and clicking on the “Breast Cancer Collection” box.
You can also see what the process of creating a collection is like, by clicking on the user name in the top right hand corner “Joanna”.
This is a prototype and not the live website. It looks real, but it’s just images with hotspots that link to other pages within the prototype. If you get lost and don’t know where to click, hold down the Shift key on your keyboard. The screen will light up in blue in the areas where you can click.
