Dataset PIDs and versions

What do you want to be able to do?
When I navigate to the latest version ID of this dataset - https://web.www.healthdatagateway.org/dataset/7fdb684d-bb7a-4d0b-8666-9f10510f071f I have no way to use to the PID of this dataset https://web.www.healthdatagateway.org/dataset/702f0198-bdfe-401e-97f2-35f5d26357ad

Why is this important?
Users will typically copy-paste the URL of the dataset as a reference in papers etc. It needs to be clear if they are citing the PID across version or a specific version. Currently, we are only giving them the ability to copy the latest version and not the PID. Conversely, if I’m on a PID URL link, there is no way for the user to obtain the previous versions of the dataset. We have all this data in our revisions attribute

Any suggestions for how we could solve this?
Show a mechanism get from PID to the previous version and more importantly having a way to view the PID for the latest version
