I would like to be able to filter datasets that have technical metadata

As a user I would like to be able to filter datasets that have technical metadata, so I know that I will be able to explore more about the dataset
There are two places I would like to see this information

  1. Filter > Has Technical Metadata = Yes/No
  2. On the dataset page, show the sum of dataelements to show that there is technical metadata, else I will only be able to find out after I click through which is annoying

The first suggestion ( 1. Filter > Has Technical Metadata = Yes/No ) has been designed and is currently in development and will go live with V2 of dataset filters.
