What do you want to be able to do?
As a data controller:
decide who receives and can respond to general messages/ notifications.
assign to specific users/ recall/ redirect
mark with a status e.g. pending/ complete
archive from primary view
Why is this important?

Super users/ Managers or RBAC type structure whereby can participate in workflows independent of other roles
