Rename "technical details" tab to avoid confusion with technical details button

The tab to navigate to the technical metadata is labelled “Technical details” as is the button to navigate to the MDC. The actions are not the same so one of these need to be renamed - probably the button to go to the MDC. Otherwise this is confusing for users who are not aware of the actions of these two objects.
