Tell user what's going on during virus checker for file upload

raised by SV and mentioned during demo by CG

perception is that the file upload takes a long time - this is not correct, file upload takes milliseconds, the virus checker takes between 30 and 60 seconds.

Suggestion is that we should communicate better with the user what’s happening
